Makio True spin Top Soyale 450 out

1. Drop in and do a Makio Grind for a good controlled distance.

2. Jump 180, true spin style, to a Topside Soyale.

3. As this slides, let all your weight transfer to your soul foot.

4. Jump off hard and spin 450 so that you come all the way around and land fakie back down into the ramp.

5. Yell loud in celebration, for you are the illest. Just like Walt "Slorgeff" Austin.

mizou to far side soul to far side alley-oop soul to 180 out.

Crazy switch up grinds seem to be the latest craze these days. You must have excellent grinding skills to pull these off. This one is done with a good amount of speed in order to keep the grind moving through three variations. Once a grind is locked, you must let it flow enough time to get a good set up for the next one. If switch-ups are done by spazzing through them, they will not look good. Keep your balance centered and pull each grind as if you were doing them one at a time on a training rail. Confidence is the key.

1. Skate up to the rail with good speed.

2. Jump up to the Mizou and let it slide a bit.

3. Keeping your weight centered over the rail, jump into the soul grind.

4. As this one slides start turning 180. When you are halfway around, jump into your alley-oop soul.

5. Slide this out until the end of the rail, let your body naturally flow around 180 again, come off the rail, and land forwards. Ride away like you own that rail, cause you do.

backside torque grind

A backside torque grind is a variation of the backside farfegnugen. I recommend that you learn that trick first because it is easier and will give you the correct positioning for a torque grind. Remember some skates are easier for this trick then others. K2 skates are super soft on the side and this makes torque grinds a bit trickier. The best skate for this trick is Razors or Usd Psiris skates.

1. skate up to the ledge or coping fast.

2. Jump up and on top of the desired grinding spot.

3. land with your leading foot sideways and tweaked onto the backslide plate. Grab your back foot, safety grab style.

4. once you are in position, you have to put your weight forward and balance it all the way down.

5. Don't let you back foot lag below the ledge or coping. This will take away your style points on the grind.

6. Try and find some footage of Robert Gurerro, he is the master of this trick. Study what he does on video and try over and over till you are good at it.
